1. Failure ① Bending bearing grease too much or too little; ② bending machine bearing oil well containing impurities; ③ cover bearing and a journal or a mismatch (too loose or too tight); ④ bearing bore eccentric, and the shaft relative to wipe; ⑤ bending machine motor cover or the bearing cap is not mounted flat; ⑥ coupling between the motor and the load is not correct, or the belt too tight; ⑦ bearing gap is too large or too small; ⑧ motor shaft bent. 2. Troubleshooting ① grease required (volume 1/3-2/3); ② Clean the lubricating grease replacement; ③ repair binder available too loose, too tight to be cars, grinding journal or cover the hole, to fit; ④ repair bearing caps, to eliminate friction points; ⑤ re-assembly; ⑥ recalibrate, adjust the belt tension; ⑦ replaced with new bearings; ⑧ bending correction or replacement of mechanical and electrical machine rotor shaft. |
