1. Bender Motor Fault
① Bending repair motor, the stator winding turns to reduce excessive;
② Power supply voltage is too high;
③ Y then bending machine motor motor erroneous connection to Δ;
④ bending machine motor motor assembly, the rotor mounted against, so that the stator core is not aligned, the effective length of the shortened;
⑤ air gap is too large or uneven;
⑥ overhaul remove old windings, the use of improper heat demolition method, the core burning.
2. Troubleshooting
① rewind the stator windings and restore the correct number of turns;
② to restore the rated voltage;
③ Bending grafting motor is Y;
④ re-assembly;
⑤ replacement or adjustment of the rotor air gap;
⑥ repair or re-calculation of core winding, and appropriately increase the number of turns. |
